REFUNDS and RETURNS POLICY

Policy Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts a duration of 30 days from delivery.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, and there is an issue or flaw with your apparel, we will consider the circumstances on a case by case basis.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item purchased must be unused or still in new condition; unless it was damaged during the shipping process.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week to ten days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

Processing of the refund may take several business days before it is officially posted.

If you haven’t received a refund within a week to ten days, contact the bank or credit card company of your original method of payment.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at WeAreHistorically@gmail.com.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at WeAreHistorically@gmail.com and we will provide a shipping label to print out and further instruction on how to send your item.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return or an exchange of product in equal value.

If a refund is preferred, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed back to you once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we have to send the refund to the purchaser.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, send us an email at WeAreHistorically@gmail.com with your order number and we will email back a shipping label to print out and further instruction on how to return your item.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where your location.
